Захотелось дать детям настоящую мотивацию связанную с их внутренними потребностями и с желанием дать им понимание того, что навязываемые им интеллектуальные усилия имеют хотя бы материальное вознаграждение, причем происходит это уже именно сейчас, а не в далеком обещанном будущем, где, якобы, школьная программа может им как-нибудь пригодиться :).
